"White Birch Park is the first disc golf course in St Louis and was designed / installed by ‘Steady’ Ed Headrick in the mid 70’s. In 1981, the first league began and Dale Woltering was there. It seems Dale has not missed a single league in nearly 30 years. Cal Ripken would be proud. The City of Hazelwood is celebrating this feat of longevity with a party for Dale on Wed, Dec 1st @ 7:30p.
