Not to toot my own horn, but I was hoping for a small shout out. I smashed the chains for an ace on #11 this week. It was a beautiful gentle anhyzer destined for money from the moment it left my hand. V and JC witnessed the glory.

The Battle at the Barracks '10 Week 3 Results

Just a couple things.

I have been nursing a progressively worse cold for the last few days. The course has not been set up for this week. I will be at the course running the league for certain. I could really use some help setting up the course. If anyone is interested, please call me at 314-210-2038 or post here and let me know. Doug and Roger said they might be interested last week, but it is probably too late for them at this point. Basically, I need someone to mark off the tees for 9 holes, or all 18 holes. I will have plenty of flags and an extra can of spray paint. I will get to the course by 2PM to make sure that there is plenty of time before I start sending cards out. Help a brotha out and give me a hand. My energy level is going to be low as is and I could really use it!

Also, sunset is 6:28. Last card will go out at exactly 4:45.

i was planning on coming out to "battle" this afternoon, and can help in some way if needed...i won't be able to make it out to the course until closer to 3, though. if anything still needs to be done at that time i'd be glad to pitch in.

I forgot to pick up the flag on the way out of the park on Tuesday. I went back yesterday and Aaron had picked it up for me. Sure enough, you were the winner! Congrats!

Just a reminder for everyone that plans on playing tomorrow. Sunset time is 6:18 PM. This means the last card (my card) will go out no later than 4:30 PM. Please do your best to show up on time. If you arrive after 4:30 PM, you are going to have to figure the round out on your own. Either set up a group with your buddy/buddies beforehand or try to catch up to the last card. If you play more than 6 holes by yourself, I don't think it would be fair to allow that score to count, so keep that in mind.

Also, I will be arriving at the park at 2 PM tomorrow to set up the course. If you would like to tag along and provide some input on the new locations, please meet up with me. It goes a lot faster when I have someone else helping me out. There is also the added benefit of me being able to blame you for any hole that gets overly criticized!
