Played here on Sat., 10/2, &.........Christmas decorations, already?? Really? Otherwise, the course is looking real good. S.H. lost a tye-dye Champ. Sidewinder on hole # 15, somewhere on the right side in those trees. I'm sure he'd love to get that one back.....

Disc Up,
The Traveling LAKERS played there less than 2 weeks ago and the chrismas decorations did not come into play at all for us. As unbelievable as it sounds, we never threw that bad. Have fun, and on Sunday at 09:00 am come out to the other DGC in Alton and shoot two 9 hole rounds with the LAKERS, if your up to it after your Saturday visit to Fast Eddie's, err, I mean Rock Springs DGC.

i was there last week, and aside from the occasional wire/the arches to throw around on 3, nothing was really obtrusive.

dunno how worse that's getting as the weeks progress though...

The JB Nooner is coming to Rock Spring Park this Sunday. I will have tags and discs if anyone wants to join the RCF tomorrow.

The gates are open at Rock Springs and the majority of the lights are down as well. The long display of lights that goes down hole 3 is also down (if you played here in the last couple of months you will know what im talking about). I play this course about 3-5 times in any given week. Just wondering if there is any talk about putting in additional pin placements. I think this course is amongst the top in the area, but one thing that is holding the course from using its full potential is not having the additional pin placements like the other top notch courses in the area. Just something to ponder!
