I think I'm playing out at sioux around 8am tomorrow morning, will the pin placements I see tomorrow be what the course will look like for the c tiers?

I'm not sure the placements for the C-Tier have been decided yet, so it could go either way? :?

Pin placements should be discussed at this evenings RCF Meeting.

I suspect that they will be similar to the St. Louis Open placements.

BORING!
You guys gotta come off that set of placements. I understand that out-of-towners already know where they are, but you gotta give the locals a little bit of variety. SP is a championship course and all layouts/placements should be utilized for tournaments and sanctioned events.

C tier events should actually be a little easier as they are not A tier event. The pins should not be the same as the opens' they should fit the format of a one day tourney.

Sanction level has little to do with difficulty of the course, aside from a speed of play consideration. SP all long may not be great for 2 rounds, but why not move baskets in between rounds? Just suggestin', and not saying the Open set is all long.
