St. Louis City-Carondelet

There is a beginning effort to install a course at Carondelet Park in south St. Louis City. If you are a legal city resident, or work in the city (you pay taxes to the city of St. Louis). Please post your name and zip code on this forum(residence or employer zip). I am building a list for presenting the plan to the city.

If you know that someone meets this criteria and doesn't post on the forums, please post it for them.

I will post any progress here to keep us all informed.

This is going to be a group effort in getting the first City course installed, so check back often for updates and to see what you can do to help.

Dan Doke - I work in the City 63118. (therefore taxed, heavily. lol).
I would play this course either during lunch or on my way home regularly if it is put in. It is right on my commuting route. If you need other support, let me know.

If we could get a course at Carondelet park I think it could be one of the best courses in st.louis. it has so much potential. I live about two minutes away so thats were i go to get driving practice in.

Wow! Went to Carondelet yesterday to map out the course and see the potential it has. It's been a long time since I have seen the lay out. I think this has the potential to be our premier course in STL.

The next step is the proposal for the Carondelet board, parks dept, and the aldermen. Great news for the install (when we get there) minimal clearing maybe even no clearing depending on the powers that be for the park.
