2010 schedule

any idea when you guys might meet on knocking some of this out. and do you have to be a board member or can some of us younger volunteers pitch some of our ideas in

The board is meeting tomorrow night (with all the course captains) to discuss the next year of the RCF.
The schedule is among the top items that needs discussed.

After the meeting, it should be up in a day or two. Any calendar additions...it will get tweaked for a week or two. After that, it will be in full color print.

Once the schedule is finalized and approved, it will be posted and likely emailed.
The website will have the schedule flyer as well as being posted on the message board.

How regular are club emails? I used to get them once I moved back to the area from Iowa several years ago, but it's been ages since I've got an RCF email. I read the message board when I've got downtime at work, but there are probably a lot of club members who do not read the site and would benefit from frequent emails regarding tournaments and whatnot. Obviously I don't know how many members are actually on the email list, but it sounds like there are probably some holes in it.

I believe an email has already been sent out by Chris today (well, timestamp says Saturday, but I mean Friday).

I will try and get the schedule posted under "events" section Saturday for all to view the "draft" schedule. (or maybe even the front page of the website)
I don't see why anything would change on it at this point, except maybe the details of an event. (location, time of day, format etc). But general event info and date shouldn't change at this point.

I will post the schedule on the forum tonight.

We are in the process of making up a flyer for the 2010 schedule.
But until then, a simple listing will have to suffice. Sorry.
