Winter league?

Hey I heard some rumblings about the possibility of a Winter league this year. Are we having one & if so, is it singles or doubles?

IT is singles league 3 weeks 5 bucks a week. I have the sheet but its not handy so i dont know the details.

Oh yeah. Payouts weekly right? Are you planning on splitting into divisions Doh?

I spoke to Dude over the weekend & found out some more details for those interested. Interesting format:

Singles
Ace = 5 points
Hit the basket from the tee & hit a birdie = 4 points
Regular birdie = 2 points
Anything else = 0 points

Most points at the end of the day wins. I'm pretty sure those #'s are correct, if not Dude can correct me

what time and day will JB hold their winter league? will it be every weekend, or only weekends that the club is not already running a tournament?

It will be on Tuesday's, just the same as the other JB leagues. I'll be there and ready at 3:30 each Tuesday. As soon as Dude gets there (he thinks around 4-4:30 each week), he will take over. You can show up for 1 of the weeks or all 3. There will be a Winter Solstice League plaque for the 3-week overall winner.
