Measuring distances on our St. Louis Courses

So far, JB is the only course I have done.

The only thing I am worried about (which has happened at JB) is that I miss a pin placement or two.
All that is required for help, is that they know all the pin placements, and what they are called (A, B, etc) and all the possible tee locations.

Scheduling this summer has been difficult, both from my standpoint, and courses being too busy, plus help.

I am hoping this fall/winter we can get out more...

I saw the distances posted at JB...fantastic work. I loved the fact that you posted the distances to the major landmarks on certain fairways...would love to see these little info bytes on all our courses. Thanks again for taking the time to do this.

white birch, sioux, and endicott, i can do that for ya. Creve coeur, i don't know all the pins, but i'm actually planning to make it out there tomorrow, so perhaps i can educate myself in time before you get out there with all the tools.

Sounds like a plan... my days, evenings, weekends are pretty much booked up til after the club championships though (Mid October).

Hopefully I can get all the courses done this fall/winter.....

Here is a true resurrection for you. This topic is OLD!

Anyhow, I'm looking for someone to help me get accurate measurements for the current layout at Watson Trail in Sunset Hills. This old course has been totally rearranged 3 times since the tee signs they are using were made and I'd like to put the distances on the next batch of scorecards.

I've been talking to the city parks head and I might have him convinced to let me post temporary tee signs on top of the existing wrong signs while we discuss a possible overhaul of the course with the city. Having accurate distances would of course be paramount in the endeavor.

Anyone who can help, I'll make myself available to meet you at your convenience.
