It is impossible to overstate how important Les Paul's contributions were to the music world!! Not only the inventor of the electric guitar, & the Gibson Les Paul is a classic, to say the least, but also multi-track recording. The man is a LEGEND, no doubt about it!!!

Les Paul was the man! God rest your soul, and thank you for your innovative guitar technology, which, are still vital to music at this time many years later! Led Zeppelin, my all time favorite band, may not have ever been popular if Jimmy Page had not been a Les Paul guitar player... The tones those guitars have is amazing, and still are today! Rest in Peace!
Life is short, make the most of every opportunity you get to do the right thing, even when it would be easier to just say "Screw it, I don't care." Make a difference, one opportunity at a time. Smile!

So much more than just a guitar player. A member of the Jazz, Rock-n-roll, and inventors hall of fame. Played every Saturday nite at a club in New York until 4 months ago. And he just wanted to be remembered as a guitar player. Thank you Les Paul, say hi to Elvis, Janis, Jimmy, Jerry, Stevie, Bo, and all the other greats that have passed before. RIP
Fly long & prosper!
