Unger League 8 weeks start Thrusday 4/9

There is a new league happening in St. Louis.
Yes we must start a league at Unger.

First night Thrusday 4/9.

Bring your partners doubles.

$20 per person, $40 per team.
Brad will explain Ace, CTP, beyond the $20 per man.
3 divisions broke out after 4 weeks.

You must not be a late person to the point you will NOT BE ABLE TO BE OUT OF THE PARK 1/2 HR AFTER DARK. This is a BIG DEAL right now. I am not yelling but I do put explanation on what really needs to be understood.

3:34-4 start latest. Way earilier if he is off work. He will let people know if he gets off earilier. Guess what if this is the case as long as 2 teams are there they can go.

Now lets see who is the best golfers at Unger. Swimming time coming for the 10-15 disc I have in the lake. Am I afraid, (????) no. This course WILL make you a better golfer.

Plan is for this league to develope into a league where all is fun, and all golfer become, way better golfer.

this is the toughest course in the area by a wide margin, and i've played all the others.

Was there any thought to a singles league? Starting early for both people could be a problem. Can I join and play singles and pay $20? If you really want to get better, play singles where every shot counts. Short of the traveling laker league and my lame nobody shows traveling Fridays, we have no singles.

Anybody else into singles golf?

Probably not Jeff, not this year. We are working on TeePads for Unger.

League was cancelled today. Start next week. There were at least 6-8 players that went out today. New players and seasoned, in singles. #1 tag on the line. Anyway you that think you cannot play in dubs at this course, just ask the guys that were the new players, that came to play. Next week another week. Next week is week 1 of league.

I was told today that 13 & 14's baskets are surrounded by water and 5's fairway was cut in half on the left side due to the rise in water level.

Sounds like more discs for Unger Lake to eat. It just keeps gettin' fatter. After it tasted that first disc, it couldn't get enough. Now, it's swelling and the gluttonous lake wants more! Here's my suggestion: start throwing better, then the lake's disc intake will go down dramatically along with the water level.

Of course the lake is rising. All that plastic on the bottom has to be pushing the water up!

No I did not. The money will be kept in good hands and accounted for league. Then we shall see what the numbers look like and we meaning the powers see how the xtra $s could be handled.

Week 1 was off to a good start at Unger. The weather was beautiful and there were all smiles to be had.
