Picked up a couple more sponsors for the event and registrations are already starting to roll in. We hope to eclipse everything about last year's tournament. Thanks to Lindy's Grocery Store and Joan's Trophy for coming on as sponsors.

Also, we are happy to announce that one of the four discs in the player's packs will be a tournament hot stamped Prodigy disc!

We are excited to announce that the Peoria Frisbee Club has come on board as a major sponsor and will be helping run Bradley Park for the tournament. They will also be selling discs at the tournament.

In addition we are excited to announce that the Pekin Visitor's Bureau has come on as a major sponsor. We are really grateful for both of these organizations stepping up.

In conjunction with this announcement we are happy to announce that we will add at least $7,000 to the pro purse. This number is climbing every day.

In addition, we are excited to announce that the first 100 AM's to register will get a custom stamped Roc 3 in their player's packs. More and more registrations are coming in so get signed up today!

I prefer running Friday/Saturday tournaments instead of Saturday/Sunday because I like to go to Church on Sundays. Also, a lot of the pros say they prefer the Friday/Saturday. Also, we have such a big turnout and a lot of added cash so we feel people won't mind taking off a day of work. We had someone fly in from Alaska last year! Hope you can make it.

It would be nice to make it. But a day of work pays to play. I personally cant afford a day off. I didn't know this tourney was that big either. I guess it depends on the dating the PDGA lets you get. there was a mix up and the St. Louis Open had to move and it was still during a big tourney the pros prefer to go to instead...Canadian Open?? I think lol

I agree, its ridiculous that I have to get Thurs off to make the drive just to check in. And then Friday as well.

Keep in mind that players that can't check in on Friday are not forced to check in. If you want to show up Friday morning to your course then that's no problem.

ridiculous is a strong Most of the big tournaments these days do start on friday. Goto a C-tier and you will find the schedule that meets your schedule.
