That is correct Joe. All they need is the total distance of the holes and the scores. They prefer to have the scores in a word document or some other text document...image files such as jpg don't work as well. I had already talked to Greg about getting me the unlocked ratings as soon as he received the scores for the C Tiers. If you guys could get him or Ted the scores for any events you would like included ASAP it would be appreciated. One other thing, you don't even need to be a member of the RCF or any other club for that matter to get a rating. If you aren't a member your overall rating and individual round ratings will be locked and you won't be able to view it online. I do get the unlocked ratings for everyone and all ratings can be looked up. We only require a minimum of 1 rated round so most people should have a rating by now.

I touched base with Greg and he'll gladly calculate the rating for any events not turned in yet. He just needs the total distance and the scores in a text format. We don't want to turn anyone away or have players without a rating, so please turn them in if you have them. We still have a bit of time.

For those that may want to get in a bit of practice here is the layout for both rounds. I'd imagine Walls will have the flags in place by next week if he hasn't already done so. The pins have already been moved to where they will be for the first round. I've only played the longer tees once and have never seen the alt pin placements, but this looks like a pretty good mix to me for both rounds.

Legend:
A tees is RED (short)
B tees is BLUE(long)

* Basket will move for 2nd round

A pin is short
B pin is long

Round 1 : ORANGE FLAGS

Hole 1 RED B
2 RED A
3 BLUE A
4 RED A
5 BLUE B
6 RED A
7 BLUE B
8 RED B
9 BLUE B
**9A RED B TEMP HOLE TEE FROM ROAD AS MARKED TO PIN BY CROSS
10 BLUE B
11 RED A
12 BLUE B
13 RED A
14 BLUE A
15 RED B
16 BLUE A
17 RED A
18 BLUE A
19 RED A

Round 2: WHITE FLAGS

HOLE 1 RED A *
2 RED B *
3 RED A
4 BLUE A
5 RED B
6 BLUE A
7 RED B
8 BLUE B
9 RED B *
9A RED A * PIN SHORTER AND RIGHT OF 1ST ROUND
10 RED B
11 BLUE A
12 RED B
13 BLUE A
14 RED A
15 BLUE B
16 RED A
17 RED B *
18 RED B *
19 RED B *

Hi all, your TD for the crusade. Just a few things for the tourney..All tees are now marked for both rounds, there will be a mix of short and long tees for each round. ORANGE tees and WHITE tees. ORANGE will be round 1 and WHITE for round 2. Some baskets have been moved to the new B pin locations , so if you havent seen or played them , now is a good time. There are OB marked on certain holes, 8,9,16,17,18 with orange paint, defining the roads and fence line. Don't forget limited field of 80 max and player registration ends at 9:45 so please get there early!
*** Note the basket location for hole 9 and 19 will depend on how much water is in creek the day of tourney.. if we cant cross the creek on hole 9 we will play the original "A " location.
