Not sure why you would be mad about this. They installed a profit driven service. Probably a pretty good idea when it comes down to it. It is hard to find a revenue stream to keep these parks alive when county budgets are being cut. No reason to get mad about it. If it generates revenue for STL county parks then it's a good thing for Disc Golf.
I am assuming a private company runs the thing, but can't imagine the park agreed to it with no kick back, but I could be wrong.
