22nd Annual Turkey Toss - JB - FRIDAY - 11/23/2012

This is the official thread for the 22nd installment of one of the most anticipated tournaments of the year...The Turkey Toss!

Last year we had 109 people show up, and it made for a REALLY long day that ended in the dark. If the weather is anything close to what it was like last year (60 degrees and sunny), I wouldn't expect the attendance numbers to drop off too much. With this in mind, we are going to limit the field to right around 90 people.

We will play 18 holes twice and we will try our best to make sure that we keep all of the groups to 5-somes at the most. The course will be set up in a moderately attackable layout so that a good flow can hopefully be maintained. With any luck we will wrap things up a bit earlier than last year.

Check-In will start at 7:00A and we will continue to sign people in until we hit 90 total. If you are waiting in line when the 90th player is accounted for, we can not guarantee that you will get to play. We will certainly try to figure something out, but there will be no guarantees!

Just a reminder - "You also have the option of joining the club and playing for free without any payouts (includes Ace Pool). You can play for free and still buy-in to the CTP package. CTP package is only open to current 2012 and 2013 members. 2012 membership is good to the end of the year so there will not be a $3 surcharge for 2012 members. - Chris K" Good info, Chris!

Until then, here are the answers you are looking for...

cost? $20 Entry Fee.

including all options? +$3 if you are not a club member. +$5 if you want to get in on the Members Only CTP Package (2 X 50/50 cash CTP holes + 2 ZANFEL CTP holes + 1 RCF CTP hole + others). +$3-5 for the available lunch.

do you have to be a club member? No, but it will cost you an extra $3 and you won't be able to get in on the killer CTP Package or compete for the ACE POOL.

if i become a club member here will it carry over to next year? Yes, we are already technically in the 2013 club year. The new club year starts at the Club Championships, which was a few weeks ago.

how much to become a club member? $20. +$5 for a club stamped Gateway putter, mid, or driver (extras are $8 and $12). +$10 for a club championships stamped champion Innova driver (extras are $15).
