Do you know if concrete will be down in time for this? Not that it would stop me from playing or Should it anyone else! This course is a blast to play!

Carrollton Park DGC will remain natural tee pads for the first couple years per request of the City of Bridgeton. If everything goes well for the initial time frame, they will then consider allowing further construction. They will also do their part and build bathroom and parking facilities. This is only if we behave like responsible golfers however, so KEEP IT CLEAN!

Regarding the tees: Has the club considered buying a set of portable rubber pads for events at courses without permanent tees? Or, for that matter, for putting down alternate tees for "back nines" at 9-hole events, or for putting down short tees for juniors / novices at singles events ... etc.

LAKERland should be present to help you enjoy your round and keep you having fun. Knowing how scarce H2o is out there, beverages and fuel will be there to keep you hydrated and charged.
Remember, we will have some cash 50/50 drawings, one at the break & one immediately following the completion of the event. As always the LAKERS 50/50 drawings are open to everyone and the only skill needed is to possess the ticket that matches the ticket that was drawn out.

My question is:
Will the RCF be supplying a porta-potty for the golfers, volunteers, and crowds for this event? That would probably be a great showing to Bridgeton on how we are responsible golfers, as without it even a LAKER can figure out where people with take care of things. I have rented these in the past and they are only around $100 for a entire weekend so probably around 1/2 that for one day.
Just trying to keep the event fun and comfortable.

Maybe the City of Bridgeton has some porta potty access that we can borrow for the weekend. Bruce, thanks for the VERY valid question!

I have some Camo Netting we could use to help alleviate the heat. It will cover a significant amount of space and can lower the temps 10 - 20 degrees. It would be a great substitute for a pavilion for the TD’s HQ.

what tees will be used for the bomber? red, white or blue?

Not possitive yet on pin placements as of now, plans are to move baskets on Thursday and paint boxes again. Think we will use the RED tees for the first round, so everyone can get an idea of the layout and the CTP's. Second round will be from tihe BLUE tees, should make for a good mix of shots. It is the "Bridgeton Bomber" after all. If you do happen to throw into the bamboo on 5,6,&7 please step lightly. The bamboo takes a long time to mature, and this is the only course w/ any on it in the area. Oh yeah... any plastic on or over the sidewalks and/or roads is O.B.
