Always had great service from their store. In fact I will be stopping by their store latter this week to drop off my Gateway Backpack bag to get repaired. No I didn't just buy it and had problems either. My wife bought me this bag as a X-Mas present 6 years ago but with all the games and tournaments I've played since then it just needs a little tender love and care to put it back into top form. And the cost? Nada, it's taken care of. Love my bag, guess I'm the one who needs to show it a little more tender lovin'!
Where did the basket go to now?!
