This Sunday at White Birch DGC in Hazelwood around 09:00, we will be converging on tee pad #1 for our weekly run for the aces. Come by, if you have the time, to see how many species of “birdies” you can spot. We have been known to see eagles, albatross, and vultures all on the same scorecard.

Sunday January 29, 2012 in the region of 9am on tee pad #1, we will be starting on a expedition of Creve Coeur DGC. It is only apt that the LAKERS are playing at Creve Coeur Lake and the guy that lives in Lake Saint Louis will not be there, I am going to the Columbia, MO Ice Bowl at Albert Oakland. So this week the LAKERS get a pass from all of my monkeyshines for a week, but next week, oh boy.

On Sunday February 12, 2012 @ Quail Ridge on tee pad # 1 around 9 am. This will be another lead in for the qualifying rounds to get your seeding place on the team for the Outlaw Regional to be held near the end of March.

On Sunday February 19, 2012 around 9am at John Kister’s garage, we will be preparing for some prime disc golfing. Steve B., this is a great course to play, think about catching a ride or driving there for a funtastic time. John will be cooking some chili and the LAKERS will be bringing some goodies for the meal and beyond.
This is going to be a series of head to head match golf to determine team seeding. Just some of the LAKERS wanting to make the team this year are listed in no special order: JAB, Francis, Ben H., Morgan H., Ron R., Chris A., Steve B., Eric H., Eric B., Bruce C., John Q., Rebekah K., Jill, Jen G., Dave G., Steve K., Matt R., Zak W., and Chris L. I know I have forgotten to add some people but just from this list, wow, a lot of people are going to have a tough time but not me. I always shoot better at the seeding rounds. So I have thrown down the gauntlet here LAKERS, take these serious because I will leave the joking behind and bring the GAME instead.

This Sunday 2/26/12 around 9am at Bluebird DGC in Ellisville, we will be doing our 2nd qualifying round for the Outlaw Event (regional). Again head to head match golf for points, you want to play in the event? Then come on out to the qualifiers and let us know.

This Sunday 3/4/12 @ Schroeder DGC in Manchester we will do our 3rd qualifier starting on hole #1 around 9am. This will be a series of head to head match golf for team spots.

On Saturday March 10, 2012 we will be meeting in the 9am hour at Jumping Joe’s DGC in Ozark MO. Location is:
2425 Red Bridge Rd., Ozark, Missouri 65721 From Highway 65 take the hwy 14 exit and go two miles east to W hwy. Go south 8 miles on W to Red Bridge Road. Go left onto Red Bridge Rd follow all the way down to the creek. The last driveway before the creek is where you want to go. Look for the disc on the fence post.
This is a $3 per day pay course with camping available.
