Disc up LAKERS,
On Sunday February 6, 2011 @ 09:00 hours, we will be doing another split 9! This time it will be starting @ Kircher DGC for 9 holes then moving east on hwy 44 to Unger DGC for the final 9. There should be a fair amount of frozen participation, so I will try to bring hot coffee & hot coco. Who knows maybe even a little food, all for the paltry price of only sharing the fun that you have with the rest of the LAKERS. Throw in $3 and you could have a chance to win the overall, skins, and the hole-n-1 (the amount which is located in my signature). That is a lot of entertainment for only $3 and it is probably the best value in disc golf in the greater Saint Louis area!! 100% payout from the LAKER League & there is no value in finishing 2nd. First place gets the honor, bragging rights, cash, and low tag (which is at least the #8 RCF & #2 Centrailia tag, yeah I got'em for now).

Disc Up LAKERS,
This past Sunday, at the Kircher/Unger split 9, we had a change. Unger was closed and they had a park ranger at the entrance to the park preventing everyone from going any further. That made it so we trooped up to Manchester to finish the back 9 holes. A blast was had by all, as we had hot coffee, hot cocoa, and warm hotdogs for refreshments between the rounds. 5 golfers came out to play a part in what has become known as the LAKER split 9.

Results: Scorekeeper 1st, Little e 2nd, Q 3rd, emptv, 4th, Onofrio 5th.

On Sunday February 13, 2011 at 10:00 hours, The Traveling LAKERS will be joining the Bridgeton nooner. There will be hot coffee and hot cocoa, while some nourishment in not out of the question. $3 gets you in on all the LAKERS events but no $$ are needed to play.
How many baskets would you like the LAKERS to bring?

Thanks for the answer, I will try to bring 3 or 4, Cook might bring a couple, Q has 2, and I don't know if Red is working this Sunday or not.
I did not call you about Forest Park this week because Matt had to cancel, as there was a previous appt. he had made for Wednesday. Don't worry though, we are trying to reschedule for next week & I will make sure to enlighten you on the date/time.

This Sunday's nooner at Bridgeton is where we will be and I was just told of a earlier start time of 10:00 am. It looks like 8 - 10 baskets are being brought by the "gang-o-LAKERS". If you are bringing a basket, please arrive around 9 for setup.
