JB expansion south

What about expansion south of blackhawk shelter when water park invades.is this feasable?

It is a big place, I would think there would be lots of possibilties. The FIRST consideration is: will the county allow any relocation? Will they allow a partial relocation? A total relocation? Or does this couse get totally hosed.
As someone who lives in Jefferson County, it would suck to lose this course. To play an 18 hole course elsewhere in St. Louis county is quite a drive.
