Here is a link to the proposed course layout. I drove by today and didn't see any baskets yet but there were some markers in the ground where the baskets might be. Best place to drive by and check progress is all the way back in Lindenwood, past the football fields and hall. Or you check on on of the holes off Duchesne.

i'm all for a new course and all, but looking on google earth, i don't see where 18 holes will fit. it looks like a white birch-ish space, except without the trees or elevation.

Somebody please prove me wrong (i don't really know the area), but otherwise i don't see what all the fuss is about. i see space for either a great 9-hole course, or a mediocre 18......

(granted i haven't been to the GDS site and seen the plan everyone is talking about...)

OK, i looked at the link above, and i'm starting to turn my opinion (which means absolutely squat if anyone is counting), but id suggest LOTS of signs between the 12-13, 15-16, and 16-17 transitions so people don't get lost a la creve coeur.

As far as elevation goes, the whole field is a giant hill. It is all elevation... There will not be many truly flat holes.

The LAKERS played there on Wed. September 1, 2010. Tee pad #2 is still rubber with mud on it from construction, #3 also is over the construction mud. As always the holes in the woods by the deans house are hard to find but not impossible. Still no trash cans, so bring out what you bring in, plus a little off of the ground will improve the disc golfers image. Discretion is always a good idea.
Bring a student or alumni (ha, the LAKERS have one, me), and do not park on the campus. We went around the back and parked in the Trinity church parking lot. This will allow you to start on tee pad #14 and end up right by your car.
