Does anyone know what the Holly Daze tournament is at Sioux in Dec? Can anyone play?

The Holly Daze is an annual tournament, one of the longest running tourneys in the STL area, & yes, of course anyone can play in it. I don't really know any specifics for this years event, but in the past it has been a basic, two rounds event........
