Ok another Major only 5 hrs away for the Masters meaning age restriction of 40yrs old and up and only 2 of us signed up, so far, amazing. I hear people plan on going next year. Ok, what happens if it is 20 hrs away like last year? I was the only one that went besides to other MO boys and they were not from STL. Lets show the Masters field that the older folks from the STL area can play at a high level.

St. Louis locals and River City Flyers Club members Gary Suarez and Ron Robertson are representing the local scene well at this years US Masters...after yesterday's first round, Gary was tied for fifth place in Advanced AM Masters and Ron was in solo 4th in Advanced AM Grandmasters with both 4 strokes behind the leader in their respective divisions. Well the disc have been thrown and the results are in;

Ron R. me tied 5th
Francis A. 1 place out of cash

As for the jabbering about some masters thinking or just talking about going next year, read my post from above! Next yr 16-18hr drive, Burlington NC. My guess just some jabbering was going on. We cannot get but 3 masters to travel 5 hrs with time change, 4 total drive time...

The couses were awesome got 0 rain during any round, it started raining after every round but none during. Thank you lord for perfect playing weather.
