Well it is full. To bad the club can have 500 members and only 7 if you include Brad Bullerdick is making a showing. Just kind of shows.....

I'll pass on Emporia, KS and stay home and play the Mike Bemis Memorial in Alton, IL.

Its all good flapper. You can see the people that like competition. Also in Emporia there is no rec division.
Alton will be fun but Emporia is something that competitive golfers must experience. There is definitely reasons DD fills up there tournaments in weeks not months.

I found this statement this morning from DD. These spots will go fast.

We are excited to announce that the GBO is expanding & allowing 90 more players to get in! The Emporia Country Club has opened the gates to the disc golf community and approved the golf course to be utilized for a temporary disc golf course. Registration will open at 12:00pm CST (noon) on Wednesday February 16th. Don't miss out on being part of the best GBO to date and one of the premier events in the region!

Well for all of my fellow golfers out there that did not get to come down to emporia for the GBO you missed one bad a$$ A-tier. By far the best tournament i have ever played in. Saturday was cold and windy in the morning playing Jones east I shot my worst rated round ever for round one. Round 2 Jones west the wind died down and it warmed. Came out and shot my best rated round ever shooting top score. That put me in 47 place. round 3 played Peter Pan Park this morning. Hardly any wind and warm I shot one of the top scores jumping me up to tie for 30th place last pay out spot out of 75. cant never count yourself out.

Just about every one from the stl place.

Any how you missed a great tournament cant wait for next year.
