A few updates. If anyone wants to save a few bucks payment can be sent directly to my paypal account at andymajesky@live.com. If your paypal account is linked to your bank account (and not a credit/debit card) there is no fee if you use the friend/family option. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I'll be using the same ratings splits that I used for the Summer Glow. All players without a rating will be placed in their own division. There will be CASH payouts for all divisions.
Open - 9.50 and Above
Advanced - 8.80-9.49
Intermediate - 8.00-8.79
Recreational - 7.20-7.99
Novice - 7.19 and Under

There will be CTP's on every hole that has a card. If there is a full field then there will be CTP's on every hole. We have a few CTP's that were donated for free. All of the others will be $5 cash CTP's.

There should be some tasty brews on tap courtesy of O'Fallon Brewery.

Thanks to everyone for making it out and also thanks to everyone who helped lend a hand where needed!

I did make a mistake on the payouts. I accidentally switched up Casey Jelinek and Corey Hart. Casey had chosen to play her rating in Recreational Men. Corey should have been in Novice Women based on her rating. I had them backwards though. I don’t expect any money back, so it’s Casey’s lucky night and I’ll make it up to Corey.

There was a CTP on every hole. 13 of them were $5 cash and the other 5 were donated discs. I don’t have all the winners though.

There was $77 paid into the ace pool to bring the total to $149. There were 2 aces hit. Steve Hamilton hit # 1 and Cory Madaus hit # 8. Unfortunately Steve is not a club member, but Cory is. Ace pool pays out 60%, so $90 went to Cory with $59 carrying over to the next club event.

Here are the finances for anyone that cares to know.

Normally on this tournament I take out $1 per player to give back to the club. There were 36 players who paid the non-member fee for a total of $72. I just used this for the club’s cut rather then take out $1 per player. It works out almost exactly the same.

77 Players @ $10 each

Shelter/course rental - $40
Ace pool ($1 per player) - $77
Glow necklaces - $40.50
Cash CTP’s - $65
Beer - FREE
5 Disc CTP’s – FREE
Pumpkins, water, misc – FREE
FUN = FREE

Total = $222.50
Cost per player = $2.89 (Total divided by 77 players)

OPEN
14 players @ $10 each = $140
Minus player costs = $40.46
Total payout = $99.54

ADVANCED
23 players @ $10 each = $230
Minus player costs = $66.47
Total payout = $163.53

INTERMEDIATE
11 players @ $10 each = $110
Minus player costs = $31.79
Total payout = $78.21

RECREATIONAL
5 players @ $10 each = $50
Minus player costs = $14.45
Total payout = $35.55

NOVICE
1 player @ $10 each = $10
Minus player costs = $2.89
Total payout = $7.11

NOVICE WOMEN
2 players @ $10 each = $20
Minus player costs = $5.78
Total payout = $14.22

NO RATING
19 players @ $10 each = $190
Minus player costs = $54.91
Total payout = $135.09

NO RATING WOMEN
2 players @ $10 each = $20
Minus player costs = $5.78
Total payout = $14.22
