Does $30 include tourney, free disc and 2013 membership fees?

The center column sure seems to suggest that $30 includes everything, including 2013 membership, tournament and disc, but up above he's talking about membership costing $25, which is reduced to $20 and then there's discounts if you represented the club in AM championships. So many numbers confused my small brain, so I thought I would double check before making the long drive out to Quail

The membership cost for 2013 is $25 which includes a custom stamped disc. It is $20 if you do not want the disc. I think most people will pay the $5 extra though to get an Innova Champion or Blizzard disc.

For the club champs we are only charging $5 extra to pay for food, drinks, ace pool, shelter rental and CTP's. Not a bad deal. So that is where the cost of $30 for the club champs comes from and yes it does include everything you mentioned. Do keep in mind though that for the club champs there is not a payout other then getting your tag and CTP's. It's an opportunity to join the club, have a fun day of golf and have first shot at the best tags.

For those 18 players who represented the SCCDGC at the 4-man showdown we are giving them a $5 discount for 2013. That can be used towards the club champs or for their membership afterwards if they are unable to make it.

Hopefully that clears everything up, but if there are any other questions please let me know. It's looking like the weather is shaping up to be perfect!

Thanks for the confirmation. This sounds like a pretty good value. Plus it will save me the $3 every time I make it out to one of your tourney's next year.

I've been looking for a way to justify joining the SCCDGC, even though I typically play on the STL side of the river.

Any chance you have Neon yellow 150 Blizzard Katanas? Neon yellow seems to be the only color I don't lose.

Will these rounds be rated? I sure hope so!

Yes these rounds will be rated. We are hoping to start using this rating system for many future events starting with the Halloween Glow next month.

Out of curiosity, are CTP's going to be handled by flights somehow (after the first round?), or is the whole field gunning for them? I thought it was great how there were flighted CTPs for the league, gives n00bs like myself a shot!

The CTP's will be for all players for both rounds. As much as I do like having them within flights there simply aren't flights for this event. The first round I will let you play with whomever you want. The second round goes strictly by the first round scores. The only thing you are playing for is the best tags. Honestly though the CTP's aren't anything special. I'm only taking about $1 out of everyone's entry fee for them. There will be 5 or 6 of them that are discs which have been donated...the rest will be $5 cash. There will be CTP's on every hole though. No matter how many players there are though if I'm only taking $1 from your entry fee the most you are getting on a CTP is $5. This is simply a fun day of disc golf and helping out our club...if you come with that attitude you are going to have a great day of disc golf!
