Well I just wanted to remind, inform, & let all those players who need to know, this Saturday bring your game, your partner and the will to win to Quail Ridge. This is goingto be a premier St. Charles Disc Golf Club Event!
Enjoy the day on the course, where your shot might or might not count, depending on what your partner does or doesn't do.
Have a drink on us, the keg will be filling our glasses til it runs dry!
See ya there!

We are going to keep things pretty simple on lunch and just do hot dogs, chips and baked beans. I'm thinking it will be around $3 for food and include a soda or bottle of water, so make sure you throw a few extra bucks in your bag.

We do have a free keg of Labatts courtesy of North American Breweries. They also gave us quite a bit of merchandise. We will be doing CTP's on every hole with some being merchandise and others cash.

See everyone out there on Saturday.

Thanks to everyone that made it out! I tried to make it as easy as possible for Nelms, but I thought he did an excellent job running this event. Also a big thanks to Bryan Barklage for hooking up us with ice as always.

There were no aces hit. The ace pool started at $44 and there was $55 paid in bringing it to $99. This will carry over to the next event which is the Lindenwood Open.

There was a CTP on every hole. The odd holes were merchandise donated by North American Breweries. The even holes were $5 cash. Below are the winners.
1 – Jim Nelms
2 – Jamie Cassidy
3 – Eric Lewis
4 – Mark Kane
5 – Keith Ohmes
6 – Ben Hart
7 – Josh Cole
8 – Tim Sullivan
9 – Mike Allison
10 – Josh Cole
11 – Tim Sullivan
12 – Mike Allison
13 – Francis/Ben
14 – Shayne Dorrell
15 – Ish Keener
16 – Jamie Cassidy
17 – Zack Williams
18 – Tom Williams

Here is a breakdown of the financials. Some of these numbers were rounded. Lunch was $3 additional and included all you wanted of hot dogs, chips, beans, soda, water and beer.

55 Players (27 ½ Teams) @ $20 each = $1100

$2 Per player to the club = $110
$1 Per player to the ace pool = $55
Shelter rental = $40
9 Cash CTP’s @ $5 each = $45
Total = $250
Minus $51 for non-member fees = $199
Total costs per player ($199/55) = $3.62

Open
22 Players (11 Teams) @ $20 = $440
Minus per player costs = $79.64
Total payout = $360.40

Amateur A Flight
16 Players (8 Teams) @ $20 = $320
Minus per player costs = $57.92
Total payout = $262.08

Amateur B Flight
17 Players (8 ½ Teams) @ $20 = $340
Minus per player costs = $61.54
Total payout = $278.46
