The St. Louis Disc Golf Club Ace Pool

we're hoping we can use this thread to keep folks updated on the current size of our ace pool(s), and to spell out the rules by which the ace pool(s) operate. we'll try to give updates before or after events where Ace Pool $$$'s are collected or paid out so our members and guests can see where it stands, and know when to come gunning for the 'big bucks'. this thread is intended for the St. Louis Disc Golf Club Ace Pool, but other events/leagues/clubs who would like to update their members and players on the status of their Ace Pools are welcome to post that information in this thread as well. without further ado...

Here are the rules from Greg Doh:

1. The ACE POOL caps off at $500. Once the first ACE POOL caps at $500, a second ACE POOL is started up. Once the second ACE POOL caps at $500, a third ACE POOL is started up. Etc.

2. The first ACE POOL pays out at 75% until the it is capped at $500 and the second ACE POOL reaches $125. Once the second ACE POOL reaches $125, the first ACE POOL pays out at 100%. Etc.

3. Even if there are 2 or more ACE POOLs capped at $500, only one ACE POOL is available per event.

4. You must be a current River City Flyers member to participate in the RCF ACE POOL. No exceptions!



as of Jan 12th, the RCF Ace Pool stands at $348 and will be in play at this weekends Ice Bowl Series event @ Jefferson Barracks.
