2011 Annual Spring Fling 2-Man Tournament at White Birch

On Sat., April 2, the Annual Spring Fling 2-Man Tourney will be held at White Birch Park in Hazelwood, MO. Tee time will be at 10:00 a.m., two rounds of golf, three divisions will be available, with awards going to the top three in each division. Lunch will be provided in between rounds. Fees are -- $ 15 for Hazelwood residents, $ 20 for non-res.


Come on out.......a guaranteed good time for one & all!!! 8-)

My friend and I plan on playing in this tourny, how do we register? what are the divisions?

You can register that morning before the tournament, just show up before 10, at least a half hour before. The divisions I'm not positive about, it might just be A,B, & C, & done by score after round one. But, usually, it's Open, Advanced, Rec., something like that.

And I was asked about the two-man thing.........that means it is a pick your partner event, you show up knowing who your two-person team is already......although, if you don't have a partner lined up, sometimes there will be others there looking for a partner as well.

Well usually trophies at W. B., often there are CTP prizes & whatnot as well.......

Also don't forget that the Spring League starts this Thurs., 3/31, at 6:00 p.m., at White Birch as well.....

Thanks for all the answers, I plan on playing well. What is everyones normal score there? I just played there sunday and had a +2 but dont know if that is good or bad compared to the norm.

Well your bound to see a wide range of different scores at W. B., & also remember that playing doubles certainly makes it easier to score well than playing singles. The best players are capable of shooting something in the 5 to 12 under par area by themselves, & playing best disc doubles, sometimes 15, 16 under par does happen. But I'm talking about guys who will be playing in the open division here......
