I am sorry that I don't know your real name REDARMY. How about you run for a position and put your energy towards a good use? Attacking Chris in this manner is really immature and counter-productive. Being that I am a board member, I am taking these attacks personally as well. How about we put a section on the ballot that reads "Vote whether REDARMY can participate in any St. Louis organized events - Y or N". But then again, you seem to be completely against the club anyway, so why would you want to participate anyway. Stay away and good riddance.

Congratulations to all of you who stepped up to help us grow the club. Thank you to those of you who joined us to improve and maintain our courses. Your participation is greatly appreciated.
The St Louis Disc Golf Club is expanding to create new courses in the area. We are looking at Bridgeton and land owned by the Airport Authority as well as Brommelseik in St Charles County. We will pursue possibilities in the city of St Louis and surrounding areas; Forest Park and Carondelet among others. This is an exciting time in our history and our goal is to get a 36 to 54 hole disc golf Mecca within the next year or two.
Your participation as members for 2011 will help us generate the necessary funds to help underwrite these communities with new golf courses. Thank you in advance for joining us in 2011.
Our goal for 2011 is to double again to 1000 members.

It is my understanding that the St. Charles County Parks Dept is no longer interested in a course at Brommelsiek. No effort was ever really put into it though, so it's not all that surprising. They are still interested in putting a course in another park in their system, but at this time they are not willing to pay for the upfront costs. I would say as of right now the chances of getting another course in St. Charles County anytime soon are pretty slim. That is unless someone else can convince a local parks dept to pay for the costs. We sold all of the tags for 2010 and reached a total membership of 557.
