I would like to take a moment to recognize Aaron Walther, the National Amateur Points Winner for 2012. Aaron accumulated over 14,000 points this season. As many of you can attest, it is not easy to roll into a new town, and compete against dozens of golfers on their home turf. Not only do they know the lay of the land and the "homey" routes, they also have a familiar place to sleep the night before competing. Despite that, Aaron went into town after town whooping ass & taking names. As a comparison, Aaron's 14k+ points would have placed him between Eric McCabe & Ricky Wysocki, and earned him in the neighborhood of $15,000. If you see him rollin that cart on a course near you, be sure to give him a fist pump...he's representing the Lou!
