Interesting only time will tell. There is a ton of room in that park, maybe now is our time to drop another X amount of holes somewhere else in the park. Again, only time will tell...

Definitely interesting. At first, I thought the waterpark was goin to swamp the course.

It's a matter of improvement investments into the Lemay community vs. general maintenance. Any money coming from the casino has to go directly towards improvements. It doesn't make much sense, but it is what it is. I believe there is also a time limit on how long they have to use the casino funds, so any project sounds like a good project if time is getting short...
