TEE SIGNS?

I'd like to propose that the club invests in some black (roll on) paint as well. I would love to see the tee posts pained black so the hoosiers that like to mark them up with graffiti have less of a chance to make the course look like $h!t.

I will volunteer my time to paint the tee posts if the club will pay for (or reimburse me) for the paint.

Ok, the paint for the tee posts has been purchased and it is in my garage. I'm just waiting for a few dry days in a row so I can get out to the course and start painting. I'll keep this thread updated as I start to complete the project.

Do what you want but brown opaque(sp) looks a lot less hood than black.

After a little discussion a week or so ago, I am fairly certain that the posts are going to be painted dark brown.

The color is very dark, but it is brown. The point is to cover up existing graffiti and prevent future graffiti. I think it will look pretty nice once the new tee signs are installed, especially on wooded courses where it should pretty much blend into the background.

Jeff I am going to be at Sioux Passage this morning at 9 am to help clear out 5A and 10D and the 9's Fairway today.
Just text me and give me a date and time and I will meet you at whatever course, It sounds like the JB course will have signs first, so if you want we should do that course first. Let me know.

You totally kick butt! The posts look great at JB! I finished putting up the remaining signs, so the course is now 100% new sign complete. Here is a look see...
