Nice to see the SP winter league is starting to come along nicely.

do you guys do it in groups of 4 or 6 or 8? i only ask because i have to work at 2pm which means leaving the park by 1:30 or so

The Sioux Passage Winter League takes a week off on Saturday 12.13.09 for the Holly Daze Tournament at Quail Ridge. We will resume league play on Saturday 12.20.09.
I let the people that show up decide wether we play herd golf, split into two or more cards. In the interest in time we've done fine splitting into 3 cards last week and 2 cards in the 1st 5 weeks. Leaving the park by 1:30 is usually not a problem.
I always have discs and tags available to sign up for the club at league.

Matt Augustine won the CTP throw off on hole 1 and chose to move hole 2 back to "B" placement

If anyone is interested this would be a great time to move 17 to the spot on the edge of tothe woods .This would give us a change to try it out and break down the weeds around it.

Hey Jeff,
Didn't you mean hole # 15 rather than # 16?? We played at Sioux on Sun., & # 15 was in the "D" placement, which I don't think I'd seen since either the 2006 or 2007 St. Louis Open!! I really think it's a par 5 to that pin position, & that's what we scored on it. At first I couldn't believe it was there, but it was kind of fun playing it!!

Francis decided to move 15 on his own. Bryan J decided to move 16, though we won't move it until next time we're out there for league. Which will be a while.

League takes a few weeks off for the Winter Series
