Absolutely! The more the course changes, the better. I like the sound of your proposed layout. Just be careful not to over-exert yourself while moving the baskets...we don't need anyone collapsing on the course. I can probably give you a hand if you call and let me know when you are going to do the switches.

Thanks!

My vote is for the 2nd one.

Greg, I think you are doing a fantastic job running league.
I haven't been able to help at all this league, and yet, you are keeping track of everything,
posting the scores, doing the trophies etc etc... great work.
BBB should be proud that his apprentice is doing well.

Thank you Greg... er, I mean Doh ! ! !

Halak, Halak it a lot.

I agree with the previous posts. I think the league is being run great, and I also think that the 2nd pic for the plaque is cooler.

Last week I apparently left my White Star Boss about 30 feet short of 16's basket in the wide open. I was one of the last groups to finish, so I was assuming that one of the last few groups would have picked it up. I'm like 95% it was in the open and about 30 feet short.

If someone sees this disc or has found it please contact me. It has my name on it and is my go-to disc. It has a 400+ foot ace on it. I would really appreciate getting it back.

Thanks,

Just in case you were wondering, the plaque is a re-hash of last year's Summer League plaque. I just tweaked the color saturations and such. Even if you won a plaque last summer, I thought it might be kinda cool to have them side by side so you could see the differences. I still might go out and get some fresh pics in this oppresive heat. If I get a fresh pic that says "It's hotter than hell right there", I will try to come up with something brand new...we will see.

Here are the results through Week 6.

No real big surprises, other than a -7 from Ryan Black/Ben Peterson. That kind of score (on a tough layout on a ridiculously hot day) will always move you up the ranks in the ADV division. Jerry Barklage/Jim Misuraca also made a push in the PRO division with the day's best score, -10.

It's becoming apparent to me that I made one mistake when dividing the field. I am sure you can figure it out if you take a look. I am not going to change anything. This is their first league and I certainly don't want to raise any hairs. They also have been shooting some great golf these last couple of weeks. It's almost like they were trying to sandbag or something! Just kidding guys!

The ACE POOL will hit its cap this coming week. There will be $300 in the first ACE POOL and the remainder will go into a second ACE POOL. $300 sounds nice, doesn't it?

Here are the results for Week 7. One week to go/make your move. I couldn't figure out one of the cards that was turned in...or anyone else that looked at it...the scores were crossed eyed if you will. We will hammer this problem out next week at the latest. That's the best I can do. In the meantime, here are the results with both possible scenarios for that card.

UPDATE: Thanks for the timely response Ryan! The #1 scenario shows the correct results. I am omitting the #2 scenario right now. Looks like we have some battles on our hands. Although the Pro and Intermediate divisions have a clear cut winner, there still are some tight battles for 2nd place. Remember, only first and second place teams receive plaques in each division...

I will have some important info about the next couple of weeks posted VERY soon. Keep posted...
