JB Singles League in 2010?

I think this would be a really good idea with a big turn out of players. out of all the courses that hold leagues what day is not on the schedule.


just a thought here. If possible what about a winter league? maybe like a six or eight week saturday or sunday. you already have the sunday nooner which has a pretty good turn out. just think of how many players from other courses that would play since there isnt any leagues in the winter.

Why would anyone vote to replace the Tues doubles league? I agree w/ having a singles league, but let me know who selects the "Replace Doubles League" choice so everyone can beat them up

Does JB really need a 3rd league? Friday is the only weekday that is available without interfering with another league. And there are usually plenty of opportunities to get a round of singles in at JB on Friday afternoon.

Our thought wasn't a permanent league. Just a one session league for spring or summer.
I think there is enough geography seperating a few of the leagues to have one session
of singles at JB....

This is the reason we are inquiring... some folks want it, some don't.
I happen to want a singles league. It seams like the only rounds I get in are doubles.
When I then go play a PDGA event, it is a different feel because it is now singles.
I know I know, I should get out more... Magic knows why I can't.

I'm confused. Is it Maurice or Leroy? I know for a fact that Leroy can customize whatever bench or tree you ask for. His zen touch with the spray can is undeniable.
