Also, the pin locations will be the same two weeks in a row. So Week's 1 and 2 will be identical locations.
After week 2, the pins will move (mostly to shorter locations due to sunlight issues) after week 2 and will
remain for Weeks 3 and 4 in the same locations. Weeks 5 and 6 the same, then the final two weeks.
weeks 7 and 8, will be the same (likely all in "A").

adapted for Doubles league play. This should help make it fair to all. There are two

League Notes 8-27-09

 If the ACE POOL is not hit during the first 7 weeks of league, the money will be given out on Week 8. I will be using a format very similar to what I did for the Summer League. I will be dividing the funds up equally amongst some CTP holes for the final week. Would you prefer to have just a few CTPs that would be worth $100 or more, or would you prefer a bunch of CTPs to spread the wealth around? Let me know. As a side note, if someone hits an ACE during Week 8, they will receive half the ACE POOL pot and all of the CTPs will be worth half the original value.

 Until we get at least 4 or 5 weeks under the belt, the posted standings will only reflect 1 of the 2 drop weeks. Just keep this in mind as you analyze your positioning in the ranks.

 Don’t forget that everyone needs to be paid in full by Week 5. That gives you 1.5 more weeks to come up with the funds. My Mafioso goons will be waiting in the parking lot Week 6, so don’t be late!

 The Week 9 activity this league will be a Wacky 9 Tournament. If you thought Big Bad Bob’s Wacky 9 layouts were crazy, get ready to be blown away! Once again there will be a Pro and Am trophy available. This tournament is available to all that want to play. Non-league members can pay $5 and get in on the tournament. This $5 will also get you in on the pizza party and CTJ festivities afterwards.

 Dan and I have been thinking about organizing a JB Singles League. No, I’m not talking about helping you troll for tail. This would be a league where you don’t get the benefit of that superstar partner you somehow landed for Doubles League. If enough of you show some kind of interest, we’ll start working on the details over the winter and have it ready to go for next Spring.

 Does anyone have some good digital photos (or prints) of JB when the leaves are changing color? I need a good one for the Fall League plaques. The sooner I can start working on it (handing it over to Neil) the better.

just wondering when the splits are going to be made?and are any pins going to be moved ,because since i turned in my keys the course seems to be the same everyweek .i know you have some type of system going on but lets mix it up a little.................i was up at JB today with mark d and we fixed and or replaced the pin on hole 12 B and on hole 16 A .i think he wants the pins in those positions on tuesday.so please make some changes ,not shorter just different playing the same thing gets old .......ok im done whinning see ya tuesday....
