I left my yellow Impact behind on the fairway of 9 after league. If anyone round here found it, you will be my new hero.

Also, my partner, Matt Augustin, tore his rotator cuff over the 4th, so he will be taking it easy without the pleasure of disc golf. If anyone is looking to jump in or sub, I would greatly appreciate it.

Cheers,

Peter

oh one more thing the pins will be as followed for next week .........................................................1-a 2-b-3-c-4-a 5-b-6-c-7-a-8-b-9-c-10-a-11-b-12-c-13-a-14-b-15-c-16-a-17-b-18-c.....except for the first 3 weeks of this summer league the pins have been changed around so you dont play the same course twice, the set up for next week came from tom greer, it was his idea and i like it.thats 6 holes in a 6 holes in b 6 holes in c..........and greg d if you have any idea what you want to do for the 8th week let me know so i have a chance to move the pins around for anything crazy you might come up with.......if i may make a suggestion here i know there is normally one trophy given on pizza night for the best score (singles)why not break it down to 2 divisions give the ams a chance to bask(spell check) in the glory.just a thought but its your thing it doesnt matter to me........

After the 6th week of League

No Aces were hit so the Ace Pool is still split.
Ace Pool # 1 is $ 200
Ace Pool # 2 is $ 92

Greg split the fields into Pro, Adv. Ams and Recreational Flights.
This list is ONLY A DRAFT and not set in stone.

The 1st number (in bold) is the total score WITH ONE drop week.
The 2nd number is simply the TOTAL Score not counting the drop week.
Each of the numbers after the team name is 1st week, 2nd week, etc etc...
I have added a new feature, the drop week is in bold.

The teams are sorted USING the drop week score.

Any questions, please direct them to Greg D'OH as I am only the messenger.
I phat phingered the scores in from a different computer with the wrong software late at night and while really tired while 4 hours flying time away from St. Louis. So please check the scores and math, as I did not do so... If wrong, please let me know what is wrong and greg can confirm, then I will change. Hopefully tomorrow, (or is it today?). Night. Dan

I will try and update these weekly.
Remember, there is no disc.

After looking at the break down, I don't see any reason to change the flights. The only complaint I heard up front (2 weeks ago) was that Brad and Tom should be bumped up. I was going to do this, but now am not sure. I have 2 options. 1)Leave it as is. 2)Go purely by the numbers and re-flight the whole group. Give me your input...

Greg

Doh is going to get criticized no matter what he does, ask Magic. Anyway, it has been one of the most fun summer leagues I have been part of since I have been playing league.

JB Summer League Divisions and results after week 6

Postby gottagothrow on Fri Jul 17, 2009 11:01 am

After the 6th week of League

No Aces were hit so the Ace Pool is still split.
Ace Pool # 1 is $ 200
Ace Pool # 2 is $ 92

After some careful analysis, Greg went ahead and made some changes. There are bound to be some upset groups. Greg made the changes based on the numbers and his knowledge of the golfers involved. The changes also make the most logical sense for the payouts. This way, the Pro Division is getting the highest payout, and that is the way it should be.

These divisional splits are now SET IN STONE!

Thanks for your patience and understanding. If that is not the case, TALK TO THE HAND!

The 1st number (in bold) is the total score WITH ONE drop week.
The 2nd number is simply the TOTAL Score not counting the drop week.
Each of the numbers after the team name is 1st week, 2nd week, etc etc...
