New Park Maintenance Building

Has anybody heard anything about the proposed new park maintenance building? It looks like it'll take out 12, 13, 14, 18 tee, and maybe parts of 17, if I interpret the orange dots all over the place. I did a search online and could only find the announcement for the public hearing. Are there plans to restructure the course? And why are they moving the old building?
