The park is owned and operated tby the municipality of Overland and the park is named Mort Jacobs. I have had the idea for awhile and I truely think it would be a good fit for the area and for RCF. I played Jokerest and its a fun quick 9 hole course and this park reminds me of it 100%. Thoughts, comments, ideas... I had an idea for a 9 hole in a local area within the St. Louis County Limits.
